Snowy Suomi

I have allready spent almost 3 weeks in the white and snowy Joensuu and the weather fascinates me more and more every day that passes by. Yesterday I woke up to see the most beautiful landscape where all the trees were completely covered in fluffy, sparkleing snowflakes. Suomi is.. Winter Wonderland!

Even though moving back to Copenhagen is a long way ahead - I sometimes find myself in a slightly melancholic mood with the thought of going back to the big city where I do not feel as creative and free as I do here in Suomi, close to nature. Well, looking on the bright side - I will definietly ejnoy my stay here and move back to Denmark as a much wiser and experienced Rebekka, student, and teacher to be.

This picture was taken this morning. It has been a bit windy and the trees are therefore not as white as they were yesterday. But still.. beautiful!
